Hey all. Hope you had a lovely weekend!

1st of March and Spring is finally around the corner! I can’t believe it’s been almost two months since I last posted anything. Time flies. You know how it is. You get caught up in your own little world and you forget about the rest. Guilty as charged. For these series I wanted to “come back” with something a little different from what you’re used seeing. Nothing too dramatic! You’ll never see me with an outrageously girly outfit. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but it’s just not the casual streetwear vibe I’m going for.

Rumour has it, shoes make or break an outfit. With this idea in mind I thought I’d jazz things up a little and put on a pair of the famous red sole. You know my love of trainers. Hand me a pair of Nike and I’ll be as happy as a bird with a french fry. But from time to time, you got to put those heels on and let out the warrior/superwoman in you. That’s how I feel with these Louboutins. Mind you I’ve only worn them a couple times and that’s enough for me. At the end of the day nothing beats the jeans/sneakers combo.

Speaking of which! After the straight jeans, the skinny jeans, the straight jeans, the jegging, the flare, the mom, the boyfriend and now the girlfriend, let me introduce the dad jeans! Ok ok truth be told I didn’t get those from any shop. I just went straight to my fathers’ closet and pulled them out. I’m so used to wearing skinny jeans let me tell you this is a nice change. I’m feeling the boyish look. I have an inkling these will become staples of mine over the next coming months!

Hey! J’espère que vous avez passé un bon weekend!

1er Mars et le Printemps va bientôt pointer le bout de son nez! Je n’arrive pas à croire que cela fasse près de deux mois que je n’ai rien posté. Le temps passe trop vite, mais vous savez ce que c’est… On se perd dans son monde et on n’en oublie le reste. Je plaide coupable. Pour cette série de photos “come back” j’ai eu envie de faire quelques choses d’un peu différent de ce que j’ai pu proposer avant. Bon rien de trop contradictoire avec mon style non plus. Vous ne me verrez jamais posté un look ultra girly. Je n’ai rien contre bien au contraire mais ce n’est tout simplement pas moi.

Vous connaissez mon amour pour les baskets. Donnez moi un paire de Nike et je suis la plus heureuse des filles; mais parfois une bonne paire de talons histoire de faire sortir la warrior/superwoman qui est en nous c’est tout ce qu’il nous faut. C’est exactement ce que je ressens quand je porte ces Louboutin. Bon par contre je vous avoue que je ne les mets que très rarement et ça me suffit! Au bout d’un moment j’ai besoin de ressortir le jean et les baskets.

D’ailleurs en parlant de jeans. Après le droit, le skinny, le slim, le jegging, le flare, le mom, le boyfriend et le dernier né girlfriend, je vous présente le dad jean! Allez j’avoue, celui-ci je ne l’ai pas trouvé dans les magasins mais dans le dressing de mon père. Ca change du skinny et de sa coupe très près du corps ce qui n’est pas pour me déplaire. Il y a de fortes chances pour qu’il devienne un indispensable de ma garde robe.
